On Friday, January 16th, our Men's Extramural Basketball Team headed to UTM for their second tournament of the season. Our Golden Hawks were looking to build off a strong performance in their season opener, where they came up just short in the semi-finals.

Here were the scores from earlier this month:

Game 1: 44-32 W vs Cambrian

Game 2: 25-44 L vs King's College

Game 3 (Quarterfinals): 42-58 L vs Humber

Our boys gave it their all, taking a win over Cambrian before coming up just short in the quarters. Pearce Taffe-Blanford earned Athlete of the Week for his strong play.

Our Golden Hawks continue their season on March 13th for their third and final tournament, which is hosted at our very own LBYMCA here in Brantford.
