BRANTFORD, Ont. (March 29th, 2025) The Laurier Brantford Golden Hawks announce the return of their Alumni Extramural hockey game this weekend at the Brantford & District Civic Centre. The annual event has taken a pause since COVID-19 scheduling interruptions so the anticipation for its return has been building! 

The 5th annual event will see the current Extramural Men's hockey team face a team of Alumni players who are eager to put a Golden Hawk jersey back on! In the last event, hosted in 2019, the "young guys" took the win in an overtime period; redeeming themselves from an Alumni win in 2018. The event will be hosted on Saturday, March 29th at the Brantford & District Civic Centre, Home of the OHL Brantford Bulldogs. Doors open at 1:30pm and puck drop is scheduled for 2pm. Admission is free and we encourage students, community members and alumni friends and family to attend.
